At Global Golf Events Tournament Showroom, every product we create is crafted to elevate your tournament experience, from custom golf kits to branded apparel and event giveaways. 

Since each order is uniquely made for your brand, we take extra care to ensure your merchandise arrives exactly as approved.

Non-Returnable Items

Custom & Personalized Merchandise

Due to the nature of our business, customized and branded golf merchandise cannot be returned or refunded once production begins, except in cases of manufacturing defects or printing errors. This includes all products that feature logos, names, or personalized designs.

Our team is committed to quality, and we’ll always do what we can to resolve any issue with your order promptly and fairly.

Supplier-Restricted Products

Some items, including specific apparel lines, golf accessories, and supplier-restricted products, may be designated as non-returnable even when undecorated. These restrictions are determined by our suppliers, and orders for such items become non-refundable once placed.

Returns for Non-Defective Items

We may accept returns on non-decorated items (such as blank samples or stock items) provided they are:

  • In new, unused, and resellable condition

  • Approved for return prior to being shipped back

  • Not restricted by supplier policies

Restocking fees (typically 10–20%) and return shipping costs may apply, depending on supplier requirements.

Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order before it enters production, you may do so for a full refund.

Once the order has moved into production, including setup, printing, or embroidery, refunds and cancellations are no longer possible.

Samples

All sample sales are final, non-returnable, and non-refundable. However, if a full decorated order is placed for the same item afterward, we’ll credit the sample cost toward your decorated order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives misprinted, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of receipt. We will arrange pickup or replacement at no cost to you.

Return Window

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

Due to the custom nature of our products, no returns or replacements will be accepted after 30 days from the date of receipt.

Refund Method

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase once the return is approved and processed.
